Although I was born in Spain, I have spent most of my life on the road. I have lived and worked in the United States, Belgium, Vietnam, and Berlin.

For the past ten years, I have broadly applied my knowledge of communication and psychology across different startups and corporates. I am passionate about psychology-related topics such as communication, productivity, change management, and decision-making. I currently work as a Director of Marketing and Content at Talaera, a wonderful US tech startup based in New York. We operate globally to help non-native English professionals to excel in English as much as they do in their native language (we also have a podcast, which I co-host: Talaera Talks!).

With vast experience in remote work and with international teams, I strongly believe in the balance between having independent employees and still creating a company culture that involves working together towards a shared goal. I believe that efficiency can be achieved through psychology-based advice, effective communication, and research-backed social skills.
